( Personality ) : Rufioh is not a troll you can judge by looks. With his mohawk, large horns, and his torn up, bone covered clothing he seems like he’d be a bit more…badass, rugged, and not a complete pushover. He says so himself that he’s not really sure why people think he’s confident, and that his self-esteem is nothing to crow about, because he’s not confident or egotistical in the slightest. He’s really just a troll that’s eager to please, and his need to make sure everyone is happy has backfired on him on more than one occasion.

Because, really, Rufioh makes horrible life choices.

He is definitely kind and caring, but more than a little passive. He’s very easy going, and doesn’t seem to be bothered by much at all. Anything that does bother him he brushes aside, because he figures it’s better to move on from whatever it is that’s bugging him. He doesn’t want to start drama, and he’s afraid of hurting others. Of course, his desire to avoid confrontation and drama just starts more than there would be if he was honest. He was in a relationship with Damara when he began fooling around with Horuss, but he tried to keep his affair in the dark. He thought it would be for the best if she didn’t know, but he couldn’t keep it a secret forever.

Despite the fact that Damara made him a quadriplegic, Rufioh still talks to her often, even if he says she’s crazy and he’s uncomfortable with her advances. He’s (apparently) even asked her for advice on his relationship with Horuss, and he agrees with her that his relationship with Horuss was a bad idea. He doesn’t want to be in the relationship anymore, because he and Horuss have no similar interests and he feels ignored. He’d be less ignored if he spoke up, but he lets himself get talked over. If he had backbone, he’d probably be less popular and people would hit on him less.

Rufioh doesn’t understand his popularity at all. He sees himself as a mutant due to the wings he pupated with, and that plays a large part in why he’s so lacking in confidence . Meenah calls him the only troll in their session that could be close to cool, and Rufioh appreciates it. With talking with Meenah he seems more relaxed then with Horuss or Damara, probably due to the lack of any relationship he’s ever had with her. He says that he always liked that Meenah had never hit on him after he assumed that she was. It’s an instant reaction for him to assume, because he’s hit on so often that even Aranea remarks on it.

When Meenah denies that she is, he brushes past the confusion and awkwardness easily. He seems to brush off most things, and he doesn’t hold grudges. One would assume he’d hate Damara for how she attacked him, or that he’d hate Horuss for being stuck in such a one-sided, uncomfortable relationship, but he doesn’t. It’s all things that he manages to ignore or brush aside. It’s sacrificing his own wellbeing and happiness, no doubt, but that’s just the kind of troll he is. Rufioh can say kind things about all of the trolls he knows, even referring to the insufferable Kankri as one of his boys.

Overall, Rufioh is a troll that wouldn't last on Alternia. He's forgiving, passive, and kind, even if he thinks negatively of himself. He's lucky to be from Beforus, where lowbloods are coddled, and the planet has shaped him more then he thinks it would have, considering he spent most of his life there running around in the woods.

( Strengths/Weaknesses ) : One of Rufioh's strengths is also one of his greatest weaknesses. He is extremely laid back, to the point where it aggravates others, and it's really only a strength because he's capable of remaining calm and working with others without letting his feelings get in the way. But he's easily controlled and manipulated because he can never say “no” to anyone over anything, ever. He's too concerned with avoiding hard feelings that he puts himself in danger. As far as physical strengths go, he's a bit sturdier then the average human, but weaker and more vulnerable then trolls. His wings are pretty much a huge target. He's also capable of psychic control over animals, and flight. (Obviously.)
